Agent Certification Training
This Agent Certification Training course was created as part of a pilot program for tenured agents to continue their education on foundational knowledge, technical knowledge, and soft skills. The week-long, classroom training consisted of an entire curriculum I built consisting of ILTs VILTs, Role-Plays. Formative/Summative Assessments, Micro-Learnings and E-courses. The entire curriculum consisted of more than 40 resources. Below is an example of one of the Rise courses I created for the Day 4 curriculum training.

New Hire Training
New Hire Training
This New Hire Training course was created in Articulate Storyline as a sample onboarding, or new hire resource. Onboarding is something near and dear to my heart, as I believe it sets the stage for an employee's success within an organization. When onboarding is overlooked, employees are left without the proper knowledge of how to succeed in their positions, advance in their careers, and relate to each other throughout the company. A course like this would serve as the first training new hires would receive upon their start date after meeting with an HR representative and getting a tour of the facilities/completing additional paperwork. The live link would be located on the company's Learning Management System for completion tracking and other criteria.
For remote companies, this might look differently, but the concept is the same!
