I'm from Detroit, Michigan. I absolutely love to travel and am always looking for my next adventure. Some of my other hobbies include reading, writing, Pilates, and taking my goldendoodle for long walks!
Professionally, I have over a decade of educational experience ranging from building accreditation programs and creating courses as an instructional designer at global tech companies, leading and building an L&D team from scratch , and teaching in the K-12 classroom.
My passion has always been learning and I enjoy creating all types of educational courses and materials.

Developed 13 new company-wide certification courses available to all 5,047 Procore employees, providing in-depth knowledge of Procore’s solutions.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce processes for Account and Opportunity updates. These updates improved data integrity and streamlined workflows, enabling over 1,000 employees to work more efficiently and make informed decisions.
Curated and launched Product Engagement Rating Enablement courses to better drive product adoption and understanding.
Created 12 new instructional videos for CPQ updates in Salesforce, making complex sales processes accessible and driving faster adoption, empowering revenue teams of over 1,000 employees to maximize their use of time and the platform.
Collaborated with Senior Instructional Designers and Learning Experience Designers to identify process gaps, proposing innovative solutions to leadership for improving team effectiveness and organizational impact.
Regularly adopted new technologies to enhance instructional design skills and stay current with industry-standard software.
Established Dearborn Education and Training, instituting comprehensive product, technology, onboarding, and leadership development.
Rolled out bi-monthly DMW Power Up Days, providing employees dedicated time to engage in training sessions led by mentors and learning ambassadors across various departments.
Spearheaded the design and implementation of DMW Onboarding, creating programs, courses, and videos through Articulate.
Mentored senior leadership and VPs on effective training delivery and personally implemented internal programs, including leadership coaching, compliance training, and technology workshops.
Orchestrated the creation and execution of individualized curriculum for 150 employees by conducting Individual Development Plans (IDPs), ensuring quarterly progress tracking, and goal navigation.
Collaborated with executives, senior leaders, and managers to assess departmental needs, tailoring training materials based on skills and priority levels.
Implemented DMW Onboarding for new hires, creating programs, courses, and videos through Articulate 360, while also partnering with LinkedIn Learning for supplemental learning.
Utilized Learning Management Systems to develop courses and training materials for 11 different departments and their onboarding structures. Coordinated both internal and external training initiatives to enhance professional development for each department as well.
Devised skill self-assessments for 11 departments to annually gauge employee learning, tying into yearly evaluations and growth.
Completed Crestcom Leadership Training in 2023 and participated in TAUC IGI 2023 in Nashville, Tennessee.
